BOMA/Chicago, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago, has chosen 190 S. LaSalle as its new headquarters. This decision was made due to the sale of their current location at 115 N. Lasalle Street to the State of Illinois last year.

According to Farzin Parang, BOMA/Chicago’s executive director, this move aims to reaffirm their industry’s commitment to the Central Loop area while also expanding their capacity for connecting with members and partners. The new space will allow for modernized conference rooms and additional facilities for hosting education programs amidst LaSalle Street’s ongoing transformation.
