The Hotel Daphne, a charming boutique hotel with Victorian influences, is set to open in early 2025 in the Heights area. According to reports from the Houston Business Journal, this five-story establishment will feature 47 rooms and a variety of amenities including an all-day restaurant, ground-floor bar and lounge, courtyard with pool and bar service, library and lobby retail shop.
This highly-anticipated project is being developed jointly by Bunkhouse Group and RGA Ventures (a subsidiary of Wood Lane Partners based in Houston). The architects responsible for bringing this vision to life are Blanchard A+D and Darwin Architecture. Forney Construction has been chosen as the general contractor for this venture.
In May of last year, construction began on another exciting project by Bunkhouse Group – Hotel Saint Augustine. This two-story hotel boasts 71 rooms along with event space access as well as a restaurant/bar combination for guests’ enjoyment.
