JLL has successfully secured a new retail lease for Food Bazaar Supermarket, bringing a 37,000-square-foot full-service grocery store to the Sherman Creek neighborhood of Inwood in Northern Manhattan. The store will be located at 375 W. 207th St., at the base of Sherman Creek North Cove – an affordable residential project with 611 units developed by MADDD Equities and Joy Construction.
Representing MADDD Equities was JLL managing director Hilary Sievers, while JLL executive managing director Erin Grace represented Food Bazaar. Founded in 1988 and privately owned and operated by a family, Food Bazaar has expanded to over thirty full-service stores across the Tri-State area. The new location is set to open in spring of 2025 and will offer amenities such as custom-cutting meat department, seafood department, deli counter,and bakery.
JLL continues its efforts to market the remaining retail space measuring up to23,340 square feet at375 W.207thSt.,with emphasis on attracting service-oriented retailers.
