With almost ten years of experience in advising on multi-family properties for private investors, Odegard brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He specializes in facilitating the buying and selling of multi-family assets and development sites throughout the greater Puget Sound region.
Odegard will be an integral part of a top-performing team at Cushman & Wakefield led by Sam Wayne, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, and Matt Kemper. This dynamic group has successfully closed over 230 sales transactions totaling approximately 10,000 residential units including both existing properties and new developments. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield,Odegard served as Senior Investment Advisor at Paragon Real Estate Advisors.
