Drip Auto Spa, located at 8955 Indianapolis Boulevard in Highland, Indiana, has recently completed the development and construction of their new state-of-the-art auto spa. The impressive facility spans over 45,000 square feet and took nearly three years to plan, obtain zoning approvals for construction design and finally build.
The site was acquired by F & E Ventures LLC from a previous nightclub venue on approximately one acre of land. This prime location was brokered by Bill Loy and Jeff Bennett of McColly Bennett Commercial Advantage with Loy representing F & E Ventures during the acquisition process while Bennett represented Goulas Inc., the seller. The project team also included architect Les Dreischerf from Design Alliance as well as engineer Don Torrenga from Torrenga Engineering.
Featuring cutting-edge technology for washing cars and light-duty trucks along with powerful vacuums available free of charge to customers; Drip Auto Spa offers multi-lane automated vehicle entry systems making it easy for patrons to access services quickly without hassle or delay.
