Crescent Heights, a Miami-based real estate firm, has enlisted the services of CBRE to market Nema Chicago. This luxurious 76-story tower boasts 800 units and offers stunning views of Grant Park. According to Crain’s, CBRE brokers John Jaeger, Brandon McMenomy, Steve Ward and Justin Puppi are spearheading the marketing efforts for this apartment building.

In 2019, Crescent Heights constructed Nema Chicago at 1210 S. Indiana Ave., making it not only the tallest building in South Loop but also one of the tallest in all of Chicago. Recently, Crescent Heights acquired another site with plans for a multifamily development.

This year’s largest multifamily transactions include Spanish billionaire Amancio Ortega’s purchase of a West Loop apartment building for nearly $232 million in August and Crescent Heights’ acquisition of North Water Apartments in Streeterville – boasting 398 units – for $173 million.

The sale listing announcement was made by Connect CRE on behalf on NEMA Chicago Rental Tower.
