Newmark Group, Inc. has recently hired a top brokerage team from Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA), formerly housed at Marcus & Millichap. The Michigan-based team will now operate as Newmark Affordable Housing Advisors (NAHA) and is led by experienced Vice Chairmen and Co-Heads of Affordable Housing: Andrew Daitch, Steven Miscavish, Seth Barnett, and Matthew Kurzmann.
With over 25 years in the industry, Daitch consistently ranks among the nation’s leading multifamily advisors. Miscavish brings over 22 years of expertise to his role as leader of NAHA’s underwriting team which reviews more than 1,500 affordable housing properties annually. Barnett will continue to oversee sales in the Midwest region while Kurzmann leads sales for New England and parts of the Mid-Atlantic and South Atlantic regions.
The NAHA team also includes Mason Campau,Ryan Moore,Ryan Warren,Niel Rosenthal,Jackson Ross,and Gerson Askenazy based out of Detroit; Nick Affrontiand Jeremiah Jarminin Phoenix;and Tyler Martinin San Diego.
