Flank GP Fund I has secured full capitalization for The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences, a new luxury development located in The Gulch neighborhood of Nashville. The fund successfully closed on approximately $400 million in debt and equity financing to support the construction of the project, which is being developed by Tidal Real Estate Partners. Construction has officially begun at the site, located at 1110 Porter Street.
The financing package was provided by affiliates of KSL Capital Partners and Madison Realty Capital, in partnership with Newbond Holdings.
The 28-story tower will feature 261 hotel rooms on the lower floors, while the upper 15 floors will house The Residences at The Nashville EDITION — a collection of 84 private condominium homes. These luxury condos, ranging from one to four bedrooms, will be fully serviced by the hotel.
Project development is being led by Tidal Real Estate Partners, in collaboration with Left Lane Development and Marriott International. The design of The Nashville EDITION has been crafted by ESa architecture firm.
This development marks a significant addition to Nashville’s real estate landscape, combining high-end hospitality with residential living in one of the city’s most vibrant districts.
