**Hamilton Development Breaks Ground on 2.1M-SF Logistics Project in Clarksville**
Hamilton Development has officially kicked off construction on a major new project in Clarksville, wasting no time after closing on the land. According to the Nashville Business Journal, the company moved swiftly by deploying equipment on site, pulling permits, and beginning grading work within hours of finalizing the deal.
The development, named NorthPark Logistics, is set to span 2.1 million square feet across a 200-acre site. The logistics park will eventually consist of 14 buildings. Currently, four buildings totaling nearly 550,000 square feet are under construction, with the first two expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
Clarksville has become a hub for advanced manufacturing and distribution, with major companies such as Hankook Tires, LG Electronics, and LG Chem establishing facilities in the area.
Hamilton Development is actively working on 3.5 million square feet of new developments and managing 11.5 million square feet of legacy projects across 12 markets throughout the Southeastern United States.
Zac Cypress and Max Smith of Colliers are serving as the listing brokers for NorthPark Logistics.
