**Mortenson to Deliver Specialized Manufacturing Campus in Kent, WA**
Mortenson Development, Inc. has been selected to acquire and develop a 9.3-acre infill site in Kent, Washington, for the upcoming Naden Avenue Manufacturing Campus. The project will be a modern, build-to-suit industrial facility aimed at supporting the robust manufacturing sector of the Kent Valley.
The Kent Valley region is recognized for its strong industrial and manufacturing workforce, making it an ideal location for this development. The development is structured as a public–private partnership between Mortenson and the City of Kent. Mortenson is also collaborating with Kidder Mathews to market the property to potential build-to-suit tenants.
“Our team is privileged to be a part of the development team that will bring innovative companies and long-term impact to the City of Kent,” said Matt Murray, SIOR, Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews.
The Naden Avenue Manufacturing Campus is designed to accommodate a wide array of customized modern manufacturing and industrial needs, reinforcing the region’s role as a hub for advanced industry.
Additionally, Connect CRE has opened nominations for its ninth annual recognition of the industry’s top investment sales and leasing brokers. The awards highlight professionals based on their achievements over the past year.
