Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) has successfully arranged $7.3 million in financing for a 70,380-square-foot industrial property located at 2780 Via Orange Way in Spring Valley, California. The property is currently leased to a petroleum products company and an equipment manufacturer, offering stable occupancy and consistent income.

Kevin Elliott, Senior Director at MMCC’s Orange County office, secured the financing on behalf of a private client through a local banking institution. The loan features favorable terms, including a 6.25% interest rate, a 25-year amortization schedule, a five-year loan term, and a 65% loan-to-value ratio.

“The property’s stable occupancy and positioning within the San Diego MSA enabled us to secure favorable terms that support our client’s investment strategy over the long term,” said Elliott.
