Mintel, a leading global market intelligence agency, has recently relocated to 203 N. LaSalle in Chicago’s Central Loop submarket. The move was facilitated by Transwestern Real Estate Services who represented the building ownership on the new 30,000-square-foot lease.
The building owner, Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, was represented by Transwestern Senior Vice President Kathleen Bertrand along with Executive Vice President Eric Myers and Senior Associate John Nelson. Mintel was represented by Michelle Wiedman of Wiedman Real Estate.
According to Ben Dietz, president and general manager of Mintel Americas: “The new office space provides a dynamic environment for our teams to support our clients through both collaborative and individual work.” He also expressed their commitment to the city of Chicago through this move.
