Global flexible workspace provider Mindspace has opened its first New York location at 25 Kent, a mixed-use office, retail and light manufacturing building owned by Rubenstein Partners in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This is the company’s fourth U.S. location and second partnership with Rubenstein Partners following their Wanamaker site in Philadelphia.
