ESRT, a leading real estate investment trust, has recently announced the addition of four new tenants to its retail portfolio in Midtown Manhattan. In addition, they are also planning to open a new ticketing center at the Empire State Building Observatory.
The REIT’s expansion includes two food and beverage offerings – Alidoro, an Italian specialty sandwich shop and Omakase restaurant Roppongi 37. Alidoro has signed a lease for 1,156 square feet at the Empire State Building with representation from Dillon Ross and Jon Paul Pirraglia of RIPCO. The property owner was represented by Fred C. Posniak of ESRT and Kenji Ota, Neil Seth, Kathryn Cruz Jennifer Konefsky Sean Moran,and Patrick O’Rourkeof Cushman & Wakefield.
Roppongi 37 will occupy 805 square feet at501 Seventh Ave., with representation from Dorel Melloul of KSR NY while ownership was represented by Posniakand RIPCO’s Andrew Mandell,Morgan Singer,and Sam Matorella.
At1350 Broadway,Wells Fargo signeda lease for3 ,587squarefeetwhileDave& Adams,a trading card company,took up4 ,944squarefeet.Annette M.HealeyofCBRErepresentedWellsFargoandMichaelAzarianofCushman&WakefieldrepresentedDave&Adams.PosniakandRIPCO’sMandell,Singer,andMatorellarepresentedownershipat1350Broadway .
