**Mid-America Real Estate Facilitates $10.7M Sale of Michigan Shopping Center**

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group has completed the sale of the Dix-Toledo Shopping Center, a 121,184-square-foot community retail center located in Southgate, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. The property was acquired for $10.7 million.

Ben Wineman, Principal and Managing Broker at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, along with Daniel Stern, Principal and Managing Broker at Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc., served as exclusive listing agents on behalf of the seller, a private family. The buyer is a private investment company based in Detroit.

Dix-Toledo Shopping Center is currently 92% leased and features a tenant lineup of national retailers, including T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, Chuck E. Cheese, Snipes, and Hook & Reel.
