Office America Group and Avanti Way Group have commenced construction on Deco Green, a 125,000-square-foot mixed-use community in Lake Worth Beach, FL. The project will feature four buildings with 125 residential units and approximately 8,000 square feet of office/retail space. Additionally, there will be approximately 15,000 square feet of open green space for residents to enjoy.
