On Wednesday, Irvine Company announced that the renowned hospitality group behind La Pecora Bianca restaurant brand has signed a 15-year lease to open a new Italian restaurant on the ground floor of MetLife Building at 200 Park Avenue. The establishment, named Giulietta, will span over 11,300 square feet and offer seating for up to 250 guests indoors and an additional 200 seats in its outdoor dining and bar area.
The deal was facilitated by hospitality advisory firm Friend of Chef who represented La Pecora Bianca/Giulietta while CBRE acted as the representative for Irvine Company. It is expected that Giulietta will be ready to welcome customers in spring of 2026.
Roger DeWames, president of Irvine Company Office Properties stated: “Giulietta is another testament to our unwavering dedication towards providing exceptional experiences for our customers and visitors. This addition perfectly complements the other new retail offerings we have recently introduced at this prime location.” In May earlier this year, Irvine company took full ownership of this office property spanning over three million square feet.
