**Mesirow Acquires Twenty20 Residential High-Rise in Cambridge Crossing**
A CBRE team led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler has completed the sale of Twenty20, a 355-unit high-rise apartment community situated in the Cambridge Crossing mixed-use development in East Cambridge, Massachusetts. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CBRE represented the institutional seller and also secured the buyer, Mesirow.
Originally constructed in 2015, Twenty20 is a 20-story luxury high-rise apartment community. It is located within the expansive Cambridge Crossing neighborhood, an innovation-focused development that encompasses nearly two million square feet of occupied life sciences and pharmaceutical office space. Notable tenants in the surrounding area include major industry players such as Sanofi, Bristol Myers Squibb, Philips, AbbVie, and Astellas Pharmaceuticals.
