**MDH Partners Acquires Four-Building Industrial Portfolio in Inland Empire West**

MDH Partners has announced the acquisition of Ontario Commerce Park II, a four-building, 133,400-square-foot industrial park located in Ontario, California. The property is situated within the California Commerce Center and is fully leased to nine tenants.

James Hwang of MDH Partners led the acquisition effort, while Michael Hefner of Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller.

“Ontario Commerce Park II offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a fully leased, infill multi-tenant asset, situated in one of the most desirable and critical industrial submarkets in the Inland Empire West,” said Hwang. “Ontario Commerce Park II is an irreplaceable asset and was acquired substantially below replacement cost. After opening our office in Los Angeles last year, we are investing in all major markets across the western U.S.”

The property includes four freestanding buildings located at 720, 740, 760, and 780 South Milliken Avenue. Each building is divisible into as many as 19 individual units, providing flexible unit sizes and loading configurations tailored to a variety of tenant needs.
