Scottsdale’s historic and prestigious resort, McCormick Ranch, is receiving a significant boost thanks to Driftwood Capital. The renowned investment firm has secured a $115 million refinancing loan from MetLife Investment Management for the property.

The funds will primarily be used by Driftwood to revamp the resort with a $40 million renovation project. This includes an extensive redesign of all guestrooms, expanded dining options, the addition of 12 luxurious five-bedroom villas and a state-of-the-art spa facility. Once completed, the resort will join Hilton Worldwide’s Curio portfolio – offering guests access to exclusive benefits while retaining its unique character as an independent local establishment.

Originally built in 1976 as one of America’s first conference center resorts, McCormick Ranch boasts two championship golf courses adjacent to its grounds. It also features over 90,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space perfect for meetings and gatherings. Other amenities include two outdoor pools, fitness facilities and multiple dining options.

This major upgrade at McCormick Ranch Resort promises an even more exceptional experience for visitors seeking luxury accommodations in Scottsdale without compromising on local charm or convenience.
