A new mixed-use development, known as Abbey Crossings, is underway in Pasco County. The project will encompass 600,000 square feet of light industrial space, 400,000 square feet of office space and retail space each, and up to 1,000 multifamily homes. Recently acquired vacant land east of Interstate 75 in San Antonio has shown progress for the project’s development. Additionally,the rezoning process for approximately245 acres on the south side of County Road52 at McKendree Road has been completed.
The developers behind this massive undertaking are Abbey Development Partners LLC., a Tampa-based group led by developer Kenneth Morin and attorney Bryan Skyes who also own Legacy Development Partners LLC., along with Bones Investment Group.
According to Commercial Edge reports,this expertly designed project is expected to break ground in May2024.
