Green Park Management is set to launch a new Aloft Hotel at 501 S.E. 24th St., conveniently located just 3.5 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and only 1.5 miles from Port Everglades cruise terminals. This highly anticipated Marriott property, boasting a towering height of fourteen stories, will officially open its doors on November 10th.

The hotel’s team will consist of approximately forty dedicated full-time employees, led by an executive team of ten professionals. Guests can look forward to indulging in top-notch amenities such as an expansive premium fitness center spanning over eight hundred square feet with a serene yoga terrace, a spacious second-floor lobby featuring a bar and outdoor terrace spanning over five thousand square feet, as well as an inviting breakfast establishment and luxurious rooftop pool deck on the fourteenth floor complete with gaming area and cabanas.

According to reports from the South Florida Business Journal , construction for the Aloft Hotel was made possible through financing secured by Green Park Management’s president Robert Guarini via $31.69 million loan obtained by his limited liability company (LLC). The site where this impressive hotel now stands was acquired for $3.3 million in January of last year by FLL Hospitality LLLP .
