**Marcus Partners Completes 236,000 Square Feet of Industrial Leases in Metro Boston**
Marcus Partners has announced the execution of over 236,000 square feet of new leases throughout its Metro Boston logistics portfolio, including recently finalized deals in Bellingham and Andover.
In Bellingham, New England Appliance Group, an independent retailer cooperative, signed a full-building lease at 206 Mechanic Street. The transaction brings the newly delivered 124,000-square-foot facility to full occupancy.
At 4 Executive Place in Andover, workplace design and integration firm Red Thread leased 96,000 square feet. In the same building, PEAK Events, a New England-based event equipment provider, leased 16,000 square feet.
“By focusing on user requirements and leveraging deep local knowledge, we positioned these facilities to attract leading regional firms and bolster portfolio performance,” said Mike Ferrucci, Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Marcus Partners.
Further expanding its industrial footprint, Marcus Partners recently closed on a property at 2 Commerce Drive in Tyngsborough and has commenced construction on the first phase of a two-phase, ground-up development expected to total 400,000 square feet.
