**Marcus Partners Breaks Ground on 582 Kelley Residential Development in North Attleboro, MA**
Marcus Partners has officially commenced construction on 582 Kelley, a new 304-unit residential community located on Kelley Boulevard in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. The development stems from a collaborative effort between the state, North Attleboro, and the neighboring town of Plainville, resulting in an infrastructure grant. The project was approved as part of the state’s 40R Smart Growth Overlay District, adopted by the town in late 2022.
“Our plan for this property delivers much-needed, high-quality housing to North Attleboro as well as much-desired amenities, as we learned from an extensive process,” said Caitlin Walker, Senior Development Manager at Marcus Partners. “We appreciate the cooperation of the community and the municipality to get construction started and improve surrounding infrastructure.”
The 582 Kelley project will feature a mix of one- to three-bedroom rental units. Community amenities will include detached garages, a fitness center, coworking space, a dog park, and other shared facilities designed to foster community engagement and convenience.
The first units are expected to be ready for occupancy by spring or summer of 2026.
