**Marcus & Millichap Arranges $13.5M Sale of Rosewick Corner Retail Portfolio in Maryland**

Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of Rosewick Corner, a retail portfolio valued at $13.5 million, located in La Plata, Maryland.

The transaction included three newly constructed retail buildings within the broader Rosewick Corner mixed-use development. These properties consist of a freestanding Aldi grocery store, a 7-Eleven convenience store and fueling station, and a 7,000-square-foot retail strip center tenanted by the University of Maryland Medical System and other occupants.

Dean Zang and David Crotts, investment specialists from Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office, exclusively marketed the properties on behalf of the sellers—Generation Properties LLC and another local developer. The team also represented the buyer of the retail strip center. The Aldi property sale was facilitated by Robert Narchi, Tyler Bindi, and Jason Fefer from Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office, while Encore Real Estate Investment Services secured the 7-Eleven buyer.

This deal is part of the larger Rosewick Corner development, which includes a 193-unit multifamily community and benefits from proximity to established neighboring retailers, including Lowe’s and Giant, located directly across Route 301.
