**Marcus & Millichap Implements New Regional Leadership Titles to Strengthen Market Leadership and Client Service**
Marcus & Millichap, Inc. has announced a significant change in its leadership structure, effective January 1, 2026. The company will transition its regional management position titles to new market leader titles—Director, Managing Director, and Senior Managing Director. This change is based on tenure and level of accomplishment and aims to better reflect the critical role regional brokerage office leaders play in driving client service and company growth.
The title enhancements are part of Marcus & Millichap’s broader 2025 organizational strategy, which focuses on operational execution, leadership engagement, expanded sales force support, and improved client service.
