**Berkadia Arranges $65M Sale and $42M Financing for Richmond Multifamily Property**
Berkadia has successfully arranged the $65 million sale and $42 million in financing for Triton Glen, a newly constructed, 250-unit multifamily community located in Richmond, Virginia.
Situated at 10945 Nuckols Road, Triton Glen is a five-story residential community completed in 2024. The development features a blend of one- and two-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 639 to 1,409 square feet.
Senior Managing Director Drew White, Managing Director Carter Wood, and Director Cole Carns of Berkadia Richmond represented the seller, Silver Hills, a multifamily real estate firm. The buyer, Seminole Trail Management, based in Charlottesville, acquired the property for $65 million.
To facilitate the acquisition, Berkadia’s DC Metro team, including Senior Managing Director Patrick McGlohn, Managing Director Brian Gould, Senior Director Hunter Wood, Vice President Patrick Cunningham, and Senior Analyst Mac Ritchie, secured a $41.95 million Freddie Mac acquisition loan on behalf of Seminole Trail Management.
At the time of sale, Triton Glen was fully stabilized and achieving full occupancy.
