**TADA! Youth Theater Renews Lease in Manhattan’s NoMad Neighborhood**

TADA! Youth Theater, a nonprofit drama organization dedicated to teens and young adults, has renewed its lease in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. The organization will remain in its 10,000-square-foot home at 15 West 28th Street, signing a five-year lease extension.

Since 2002, TADA! has operated out of the second and third floors of the building, offering original musical productions for family audiences and musical theater classes for youth.

“TADA loves the space they have called home for so long,” said Josh Berger, Vice President at Norman Bobrow & Co., who represented the theater in the lease transaction. “The building’s layout is ideal to support both their current activities and future growth.”

The building is owned by East Coast Management and has an asking rent of $50 per square foot. The landlord was represented in-house by David Eshagpour.

TADA!’s decision to stay in its longtime location ensures a continued presence for the arts in NoMad, fostering creativity and performance opportunities for young talent in the city.
