The Boca Raton City Council has given the green light for a transformative mixed-use project at BRIC, the largest office campus in South Florida. The development, spearheaded by CP Group, will feature 1,243 residential units and over 200,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space on the sprawling 123-acre site.
In addition to a variety of housing options and retail offerings including a large grocery store, the project will also include medical offices and a hotel with 140 rooms. This redevelopment plan comes after years of collaboration between CP Group and property co-owners Rialto, DRA Advisors, and Las Olas Capital Advisors.
With its prime location in Boca Raton’s bustling business district,BRIC is poised to become an even more vibrant hub with this new mixed-use development. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting project from Connect CRE .
