**McClung-Logan Equipment Acquires 17,000-SF Industrial Property in Maryland for $6.4M**

McClung-Logan Equipment, Inc., a distributor of heavy construction equipment in the Mid-Atlantic region, has purchased a 17,000-square-foot industrial warehouse property in Maryland for $6.4 million. The asset sits on a three-acre site located at 629 S. Philadelphia Boulevard.

The property was previously owned by All Roads Company. The sale was brokered by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, with Senior Vice Presidents and Principals Matthew Curran, Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak representing the seller. CBRE’s Matt Laraway and Ridgely Bowman represented McClung-Logan in the transaction.

Originally built in 1977, the facility has undergone significant renovations over the past two years.

“The property was renovated in recent years and represented an excellent opportunity for the new owner to acquire a Class A industrial facility with outdoor storage in the Harford County market,” said Matthew Curran of MacKenzie. “The property generated strong interest from a wide array of industrial users, including equipment rental companies, which is how the new owner will utilize the property.”
