**Longpoint Acquires Two Industrial Portfolios Totaling Over 1 Million Square Feet in Salt Lake City**

Longpoint has acquired two separate industrial portfolios in Salt Lake City, Utah—the Mountain West Portfolio and the Salt Lake City Infill Portfolio—amounting to more than 1 million square feet of industrial space.

The Mountain West Portfolio includes nine shallow bay industrial properties totaling over 490,000 square feet. These buildings were constructed between 1999 and 2006 and had a combined occupancy rate of 85% at the time of the sale.

The Salt Lake City Infill Portfolio comprises seven high-quality small and shallow bay properties totaling more than 531,000 square feet. Built between 1995 and 2022, these buildings were fully occupied at the time of the transaction by a diverse mix of tenants.

Longpoint focuses on acquiring underperforming industrial assets in supply-constrained infill locations across major urban markets.
