As an anchor tenant at Harwood No.14, Haynes and Boone occupies five and a half floors in this impressive 27-story property with an investment of $24 million for their new offices. According to Commercial Edge reports,the tenant previously occupied space in One Victory Park since 2008 before moving to their current location.
The spacious office includes multi-use common areas as well as individual workspaces.The building is situated at2801 N.Harwood St., within the prestigious master-planned enclave known as Harwood District spanning across19 city blocks.This strategic relocation marks another milestone for Haynes &Boone’s continued growth in Dallas’ thriving business landscape.
