**Logistics Property Company Acquires Land for Schaumburg Two-Building Development**
Logistics Property Company, LLC has officially closed on a 22-acre site located at I-390 Frontage Road and Irving Park Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The site will be home to the new 390 O’Hare Logistics Park, which is slated to include two industrial buildings, each spanning 221,580 square feet, for a combined total of 443,160 square feet. Each building will feature 36-foot clear heights, 33 dock doors, and accommodate parking for up to 140 vehicles.
The development is being led by Ben Fish, Vice President – Development, Midwest Region, and Vince Pergande, Vice President – Project Management, Midwest Region of Logistics Property Company. David Haigh and Nick Feczko of NAI Hiffman played a key role in sourcing the land and will also serve as leasing representatives for the project.
Arete Design Studio has been named the project architect, while Manhard Consulting will serve as the civil engineer. Groundbreaking is expected to begin in July 2026, with project completion targeted for the third quarter of 2027. The site is strategically positioned with direct access to Route 390 and is in close proximity to O’Hare International Airport, making it a prime location for logistics and distribution.
Additionally, Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, will headline the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest. The event is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois.
