Meridian Design Build recently completed a 392,973-square-foot speculative industrial development for Logistics Property Company, an industrial real estate company focused on the acquisition, development and management of modern logistics properties. The project was situated on a 30.7-acre site off I-88 at the Eola Road Exit in Aurora, Illinois and leased to a full building user prior to completion.

Logistics Property Company partnered with Meridian Design Build for tenant improvement work while NAI Hiffman marketed the building. Partners in Design Architects provided architectural services while Webster McGrath & Ahlberg handled civil engineering design services under this design build basis project.

The 36’ clear building is designed to accommodate up to 56 loading docks as well as two drive-in doors along with 403 auto parking stalls and 26 exterior trailer parking stalls respectively . Ductilcrete floor slabs and exterior pavement were also included within this construction package .
