Feil Organization has signed a 10-year lease with reinsurance firm Lockton Re for 19,326 square feet of space at 261 Fifth Avenue in Midtown South. The 25-story tower in the NoMad submarket will serve as Lockton Re’s new headquarters after relocating from 48 West 25th Street. Feil Organization invested $20 million to revitalize the building, offering customizable pre-build spaces. Other tenants include Performance Trust Capital Partners (2,600 square feet) and Catalyst Investors (4,705 square feet).

In-house representation was provided by Feil Organization while Don Preate of JLL represented Lockton Re during negotiations.
