**Lincoln Property Acquires AMP&RSAND Creative Office Campus for $92M**
CBRE has announced the successful sale of AMP&RSAND, a premier creative office campus located at 350 Camino De La Reina in San Diego’s Mission Valley submarket. The 13-acre property was purchased by Lincoln Property Company for $92 million from CIM Group.
Matt Carlson and Hunter Rowe of CBRE facilitated the sale transaction. CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, including Scott Peterson, Michael Kolcum, and Colby Matzke, secured the financing for the acquisition.
Originally home to the *San Diego Union-Tribune* for over 40 years, AMP&RSAND has been thoughtfully transformed into a 343,202-square-foot Class A creative office campus. The project spans two interconnected buildings and offers a blend of historic architecture and modern workplace amenities.
“AMP&RSAND is an example of how historic assets can be reimagined to meet the evolving demands of today’s workforce,” said Matt Carlson. “Its blend of architectural character and modern amenities creates a truly differentiated office experience in the San Diego market.”
The property enjoys a strategic location with immediate access to Interstate 8, and proximity to Interstates 5 and State Route 163.
