Sakaar, a partnership between Pratik Chandarana, Laxmi Kommana, Avni Patel and Srikanth Somaysula, has signed a lease for 10,288 square feet at Padonia Village Shopping Center in Maryland to open a childcare and early education center. This will be the first Lightbridge Academy location in Maryland and adds to their more than 70 locations across the U.S.
The shopping center is anchored by Lidl and can accommodate approximately 135 students with its outdoor play area spanning over 6,000 square feet. “As franchise owners for Maryland and parts of Northern Virginia,” stated Avni Patel confidently,”we chose Padonia Village as our first site because it provides us with all the necessary elements for long-term success.”
The landlord was represented by Blake Dickinson and Dominique Threatt of CRC while Santo Perri from A Premier Real Estate Agency represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
