**Brandon Howard Joins Lee & Associates to Lead DC Retail Leasing Team**
Commercial real estate veteran Brandon Howard has joined Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President. In his new role, Howard will lead tenant representation for retailers, oversee marketing and leasing for shopping centers, and manage investment sales for both investors and property owners.
He will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia offices, while also collaborating with the Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team located in Howard County, Maryland.
Howard brings more than 15 years of experience to Lee & Associates. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President at Divaris Real Estate.
The Washington, D.C., office is managed by Principal Tom Whelan, who co-leads the office alongside Kristin Rebeck. Together, they focus on leasing and sales across commercial office, office/flex, and industrial/warehouse property types. Howard will work closely with Mark Mueller and Glenn Ulick, in addition to Kaityln Thomas, as part of the Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team based in Columbia, Maryland.
