Before joining Lee & Associates, Soreano was with Ayers Commercial Group in Seattle. During his tenure there, he participated in more than one hundred lease and sale transactions. Those assignments included office, retail, and industrial properties, giving him exposure to multiple product types and deal structures.
His experience spans listing assignments as well as tenant and buyer representation, providing familiarity with both marketing properties and sourcing space or assets for end users and investors. This background offers him insight into market dynamics, as well as the requirements and priorities of different client groups across the transaction lifecycle.
