Lee & Associates Brokers $10.3M Sale of Renovated Mixed-Use Property in Seattle’s Fremont Neighborhood
Lee & Associates has announced the successful sale of the Equinox Apartments, a fully renovated 28-unit mixed-use property located at 711 N 35th Street in Seattle’s vibrant Fremont neighborhood.
The transaction closed at $10.3 million, consisting of an $8.9 million sale price for the property itself and an additional $1.4 million for an on-site cell tower. The sale was brokered by Candice Chevaillier, Daniel Lim, Dea Sumantri, and Sara Bago of Lee & Associates’ Northwest Multifamily Team.
Originally constructed in 2001, the Equinox Apartments recently underwent extensive capital improvements under its current ownership. The building features 23 residential units and five commercial spaces, offering a balanced income stream and strong long-term investment potential.
“This property represents the kind of thoughtfully modernized asset today’s investors are seeking—strategically located, renovated for durability, and positioned in a neighborhood with strong tenant demand,” said Candice Chevaillier of Lee & Associates.
The sale underscores ongoing investor interest in high-demand submarkets like Fremont, which continues to attract tenants and capital thanks to its walkability, amenities, and proximity to Seattle’s major employment hubs.
