Lee & Associates recently facilitated a 10,200-square-foot lease for retail space at Randall Square Shopping Center in Geneva, Illinois. The tenant, Bullfrog International – a leading designer and manufacturer of luxury hot tubs – is expanding its presence in the Chicagoland market with its third location within the last few months.
The team from Lee & Associates of Illinois including Principal Rick Scardino, Associate Michael Petrik and Arizona Principal Sean Bishop represented Bullfrog during negotiations. CBRE’s Branden Reedy and Jimmy Danaher acted on behalf of landlord In Retail Fund Randall Square LLC.
According to Scardino, this expansion is crucial for Bullfrog Spas as it allows them to establish themselves along an important corridor while complementing their existing locations in Vernon Hills and Gurnee. He also mentioned that further expansions are being planned once these three units open and stabilize.
