Lee & Associates Facilitates Industrial Lease in Bensenville, Illinois
Lee & Associates has successfully negotiated a new lease for a 39,224-square-foot industrial space located at 170 Thorndale Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois.
Dustin Albers, Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Catalynt Solutions, Inc. “Catalynt needed to quickly secure an additional location near their existing Bensenville facility,” said Albers. “We were able to identify the ideal building just down the street and move fast to get the deal done, allowing Catalynt to continue growing their business.”
The leased property is part of a 66,000-square-foot industrial facility situated just minutes from the South air cargo entrance of O’Hare International Airport, offering catalytic proximity for logistics and distribution-focused operations.
