LD&D has announced its plans for a new mixed-use development in downtown Tampa, with an estimated cost of $200 million. The project, known as Cass Square, will begin construction this summer with the first phase being a luxury multifamily tower. Following that will be the addition of a high-end hotel.

The DoMo at Cass Square building will stand 28 stories tall and offer 360 units along with over 45,000 square feet of amenities such as co-working spaces and wellness areas. A parking garage with space for 586 vehicles and ground-floor retail spanning over 32,500 square feet are also planned.

Dynamic Group and Marriott have partnered up to develop the hotel portion which is expected to break ground by the end of this year. The Element by Westin property will feature ten stories and include 178 rooms.

In April of last year LD&D acquired two acres in Cass Square for $10 million where Coastal Construction Group has been selected as general contractor while Baker Barrios Architects designed the project.

Plans have been unveiled by LD&D for their latest venture – a mixed-use development worth $200 million located in downtown Tampa’s bustling city center. Set to commence construction this summer is Phase I – an opulent multifamily tower followed closely behind by an upscale hotel establishment.

Dubbed “DoMo at Cass Square”, it stands tall at twenty-eight floors offering residents access to luxurious living quarters within its three hundred sixty units alongside more than forty-five thousand square feet dedicated solely towards various amenities including but not limited to co-working spaces & wellness facilities; all conveniently situated above both six hundred vehicle capacity parking lot & thirty-two thousand five hundred sq.ft retail area on street level!

Collaborating together on developing said accommodation segment are Dynamic Group & Marriott who anticipate breaking ground before end-of-year upon their joint venture: ‘Element’ branded Westin property boasting one-hundred seventy-eight guestrooms across ten storeys!

Acquiring the two-acre Cass Square plot for ten million dollars in April 2023, LD&D have since appointed Coastal Construction Group as their general contractor with Baker Barrios Architects responsible for designing this ambitious project.
