LD&D has announced its plans for a new mixed-use development in downtown Tampa, with an estimated cost of $200 million. The project will be known as Cass Square and is set to begin construction this summer with the first phase being a luxury multifamily tower. A high-end hotel will also be included in the development.

The 28-story DoMo at Cass Square building will offer 360 units and over 45,000 square feet of amenities such as wellness facilities, co-working spaces, and recreational areas including a pickleball court. Additionally, there will be ground-floor retail space totaling 32,500 square feet along with a parking garage that can accommodate up to 586 vehicles.

Dynamic Group and Marriott have partnered with LD&D for the hotel portion of the project which is expected to break ground by late this year. The Element by Westin property will feature ten stories and offer guests access to its luxurious amenities.

In April of last year LD&D acquired two acres for $10 million where they plan on constructing Cass Square. Coastal Construction Group has been chosen as the general contractor while Baker Barrios Architects are responsible for designing this impressive development.
