Proposed by Agora Realty and Management, a mixed-use project is set to take place at the former Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station in North Las Vegas. After closing three years ago due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only a skating rink and parking lot remain standing. The 73 acres located at the northeast and southwest corners of Rancho Drive & Lake Mead Boulevard are being considered for rezoning in order to accommodate residential & commercial use. According to an application filed with City Council, “experiential commercial, recreation, hotel, retail restaurant & multi-family uses” will be included on the north & west sides of this site while 665 units will occupy its southeast portion. City staff has recommended that North Las Vegas City Council approve this project.
