Proposing a new mixed-use project at the site of two former Las Vegas casinos, Agora Realty and Management seeks to change the zoning for 73 acres at the northeast and southwest corners of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard. The only thing left standing after Station Casinos closed Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station in March 2020 is a skating rink and parking lot.

The proposed commercial portion will include “experiential commercial, recreation, hotel, retail, restaurant” on its north side while 665 residential units are planned for its southeast corner. City staff recommends North Las Vegas City Council approve this project.
