FalconEye Ventures to Redevelop Five-Acre Parcel in Old Town Scottsdale

FalconEye Ventures, led by billionaire George Kurtz, is moving forward with plans to transform a five-acre site in Old Town Scottsdale into a vibrant mixed-use development. The ambitious project will include a five-story multifamily residential building featuring 232 units, along with approximately 32,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.

According to recent reports, a FalconEye-affiliated entity acquired the land for $36 million earlier this month. The site previously housed a nearly 5,000-square-foot freestanding restaurant, a three-story motel, three retail buildings, and three two-story office buildings—all of which were demolished in preparation for redevelopment.

Among the planned retail space, 8,500 square feet has been allocated for two restaurant spaces. One will be a 6,000-square-foot restaurant located on North Goldwater Boulevard, while the second will total 2,500 square feet near East Fifth Avenue.

The project’s architectural design is being spearheaded by Nelsen Partners, while Wood Partners will serve as the general contractor. Construction is expected to begin as soon as all necessary permits are secured.
