Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged a new long-term lease for Kinship PACE of Illinois, LLC at the Bricktown Square shopping mall in Chicago. The 15,310 square-foot space will serve as the first location for Kinship Health’s all-inclusive care program for seniors in Illinois.
Donna Korn and Beau Ladwig of Cushman & Wakefield expertly represented Kinship PACE of Illinois in this transaction. On behalf of Bricktown Square, Campbell Wickland, Liz Krebs, and Kate Ruzevich from Mid-America Real Estate Group provided representation.
Ladwig stated that addressing the needs of our senior community is crucial and he is pleased to welcome Kinship PACE to provide comprehensive services. This marks their first location in Illinois and we anticipate great value being brought to the community.
The center will be located at 6560 West Fullerton Ave., dedicated solely to serving seniors within its surrounding area. It joins over 20 other merchants offering a diverse range of products, services,and dining options at Bricktown Square.
