Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged a new long-term lease for Kinship PACE of Illinois, LLC at the Bricktown Square shopping mall in Chicago. The 15,310 square-foot space will serve as the first location in Illinois for Kinship Health’s program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE).
Represented by Donna Korn and Beau Ladwig from Cushman & Wakefield, Kinship PACE of Illinois secured this lease with Bricktown Square. The shopping mall was represented by Campbell Wickland, Liz Krebs, and Kate Ruzevich from Mid-America Real Estate Group.
Ladwig stated that providing services to seniors is crucial in the U.S., and he is pleased to welcome Kinship PACE of Illinois as a new provider who will cater to their needs. This marks their entry into the state and highlights their commitment towards serving communities.
The center will be located at 6560 West Fullerton Ave., offering dedicated services to seniors in Greater Chicago area. It joins over 20 merchants at Bricktown Square that offer various products, services,and dining options.
