**Junction Commercial Developing 350,000-SF Industrial Project in Southwest Houston**

Junction Commercial Real Estate is developing a two-building, 350,000-square-foot industrial park in southwest Houston, with project costs estimated at $35 million. The firm is partnering with Crow Holdings on the development.

The new project, named Post Oak Southwest Logistics Park, will be built on spec at 15231 S. Post Oak Road. The site was formerly home to Rancho El Dorado, a well-known event venue that hosted weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings. The existing facility will be demolished to make room for the new development.

The logistics park is scheduled for completion in March 2027. Junction Commercial currently has approximately 4.86 million square feet of industrial space under construction across its portfolio.
